Most of the people I work with don't live in the area and want a second home or are planning on retiring in Southern Maryland. I offer special services to out of town buyers such as previewing properties and emailing photos of the homes which saves time. I make it a point to keep up to date on all available waterfront homes in Calvert and St Mary's County.
